
Gluten Free Banana-Walnut Brownies
INGREDIENTS
Nonstick cooking spray
1 egg
1 box Pillsbury™ Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
1/3 cup mashed banana
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, divided
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 9-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
WHISK egg in medium bowl. Add brownie mix, banana, water and oil. Stir 50 strokes or until blended. Stir in 1/4 cup walnuts. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup walnuts.
Step 3
BAKE 28 to 31 minutes or until set in center. Cool completely.
