SLOW COOKER CHILI WITH KIDNEY BEANS
INGREDIENTS 8 Servings
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
Substitutions available
- 1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix
- 2 cans (16 ounces each) BUSH’S® Mild Kidney Chili Beans, undrained
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 1/2 ounces) tomato sauce
- Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brown ground beef or turkey in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- 2 Place cooked beef, Seasoning Mix, tomatoes, beans and tomato sauce in slow cooker. Stir until well mixed. Cover.
- 3 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir before serving.
- 4 Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped onion, and drizzle with RedHot Sauce, if desired.
